shipping & returns

I will need 3-7 days to create your custom doll. Once the doll is ready, delivery in Europe usually takes less than 10 days.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order. Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
